A value proposition is a promise of value to be delivered. It's the primary reason a prospect customer should look into you service/product and in the end should buy from you. Hence, developing a sound value proposition is vital to the sucess of any company.
Understanding your value proposition is actually the first step in any sound marketing strategy. Indeed, how can you think of channeling your added-value product or service if you have not understood what real value it is creating and for who?
